Reiki
As a Reiki Master practicing since 2014, I feel honored to create a peaceful space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and simple receive. Each session is a time to relax, release, reconnect, and allow yourself to be supported.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that promotes deep relaxation and a sense of balance and well being. During a reiki session, calming energy is offered with the intention of creating a peaceful, nurturing space where you can slow down, let go of everyday stress, and reconnect with yourself.
Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, drained or simply disconnected from ourselves. Reiki offers a peaceful space to slow down, quiet the mind, release tension, balance your energy, and allow yourself to simply be.
Reiki is a whole-person practice. Every session is unique, and you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, peace, emotional release, or a feeling of being more grounded and centered. You don't have to be struggling to benefit from Reiki, Sometimes you simply need a quiet moment to breathe, let go and receive.

Your Reiki Session
Your session is your time to step away from the outside world and focus on you.
Whether you're feeling stressed, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or simply in need of rest and renewal, Reiki provides a quiet and nurturing environment where you can relax and receive.
In person and distance Reiki sessions are available. Distance Reiki can be just as meaningful and is offered at the same rate as an in-person session.
